How Long Can You Store Eggs

Summertime in New Mexico the longest you can keep fresh eggs is 5-7 eggs due to humidity being very low (5-15%) and the temperature is 70-80 inside. If you keep them for 2 weeks in this condition, you don't lose fertility (they embryos will still develop) only very low percentage will hatch.
If you keep eggs at around 40 degrees with humidity at 75-80%, you can keep them for over 3 weeks.
I put my eggs in every 5 days into the incubator and I have a very high percentage hatching. If the eggs aren't fertile, nothing helps!
